There are two ways to add keywords manually and one way to influence the set:
- Add keywords during onboarding
- Add keywords after onboarding
- Editing the keyword set after onboarding
We'll explain both in this article.
Add keywords during onboarding
Already thought about keywords before? You can add your own list of keywords during onboarding.
- Click on the button "Add keyword list".
- Copy your list of keywords
- Paste them in our drop box
- Press continue and you're done.
Add keywords after onboarding
Once you're completely onboarded you can still alter the keywords KeyWI uses.
- In the side bar click on Settings.
- In Keyword settings, navigate to Relevance
- Next to the search bar click on '+'
- Follow the steps above on how to copy paste.
- Done!
Editing the keyword set after onboarding
Want to influence which keywords are more relevant than others? You can!
- In the side bar click on Settings.
- In Keyword settings, navigate to Relevance
- Search for the keywords you want to edit
- In the column 'Relevant?' you can indicate if a keyword is:
- Relevant
- Neutral
- Irrelevant - Done!
KeyWI will weekly re-analyse which tasks are most high potential and should be added to your to do list. We will take into account changes made to the keyword set.
